Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas! Do you know the trick of spritzing the biscotti with a little water five minutes before you cut them? Softens them enough so they don't crumble.

Merry Merry, Angie dear. I am drooling over the biscotti.

You need a bigger tree for that room! :D Happy Ho Ho and a wonderful new year. Start as you mean to go and all that.

We love biscotti. In fact, I usually make them for Christmas, but just didn't get around to it this year. But there's always next year!
