Stay out of the icky zone. Denial can be a good thing. We're supposed to get the rain tomorrow but I'll try not to think about it.

Denial is not just a river in your basement. :D Glad to hear that the important stuff wasn't in there. :D
HAHAH! Only evil Angie can turn ick into a fiber opportunity.
I'm also happy to see the kids are dry albeit lonely.

Oh boy - can you say Mill Ends? (See, I've turned into a complete freak in 7 months.)

I'm glad you've got things under control. SO sorry about the mess- I heard all sorts of similar stories yesterday. Awful. Let's just be glad we don't live near the Lake Formerly Known as Delton... (Not that you're that far from it, but still.)

Denial is sometimes a very handy thing. I'll be very happy for you when all this is taken care of and the house is back to normal!

I heard/read about Delton this morning from a non-knitting friend. WTH is going on over there?! Y'all are just out of control.

I am so glad that all of you are alright. I had wondered about the kitties and the basement... and the stash.

While I'm a country girl, I am not so much of one as to know anything about septic tanks and I like it that way. I don't want a well, either, just for the record. Too many things can go wrong.

You're going to visit the mill soon, yes?

Stay well and look after each other.
I think Popeye is perfect for cats: "I am what I am." Do you think they know?
