Something new is a Glimakra Standard 46" 8 shaft/10 treadle countermarche loom! Well, technically, the parts of the loom.
Saturday was slightly busier than planned with the septic system alarm sounding....fortunately after our first cups of coffee. A temporary fix was made and the permanent repair will take place during the work week. The decision to add the alarm to our system was a good one, as the other primary way of knowing you have a problem requires bleach, buckets, and mops.
Today I have chicken plucking, laundry, and loom building on my todo list. I will also enjoying watching a forecast 3" to 5" of snow fall today.
Imagine a snowy scene here.....my photo editing skills are as dusty as this blog
Happy Sunday!
Well hello!! We're watching 1-3" accumulate (and it's a very fine snow, so we'l be watching ALL DAY). Good luck with the loom building.

You remembered your password! So good to see you back on the blog. An alarm is definitely a good idea. Can't wait to see her/him built.

How excited for you to have your new loom! Have fun with it. So glad you have the alarm. Good insurance just like our whole house generator! It is so good not to have to do basement clean up!! We have a good 1/2" of the fluffy white stuff here so far.
